I'll be honest I just had them described to me by my better half who had played through a small portion on the PC, it sounded like a hilarious concept so when I seen the second title for €3 I mean... since me and my partner have a Vita each with the same psn account we can go halfs on games we both want, that means that second game costs me €1.50 lol, after buying that title we just said it would make sense to buy the first game as well to at least have the start of the franchise on the portable machine. (as combined the cost of 1/2 to me was just €4.50).
And yeah I kinda do that too with saving up but then getting shocked by great sales, one way I offset it is when I'm saving at times I'll take a portion of that savings and add it to my psn wallet as a top up, so I put away money specifically for gaming so that my wallet doesn't take a huge hit when these sort of amazing sales land on our machines.
