Twice the install base.... it makes a differnce.
And Fallout is probably more popular in the US than rest of the world, and Xbox users love shooters.
Its just not enough to overcome the install base differnce, its probably like this for more or less any game released on both, 2/3rds or more of sale will be on the PS4's side.
