You're losing a lot of essential protein, iron, etc. when you remove meat from your diet. So you need to replace those things wisely. |
I've been eating tons of chicken breasts over the last 3 months, along with a low calorie diet, and I've lost 30 pounds. My body fat is 8%, and I have lots of lean muscle.
Losing weight has nothing to do with meat or no meat. It's about how many calories you're ingesting.
