You should invest in a dictionary.  Equal Rights Activists are simply feminists under a different name---presumably so they don't have to give misogynists and misandrists trigger warnings.

As per Wikipedia: 

"Feminism is a range of political movements, ideologies, and social movements that share a common goal: to define, establish, and achieve equal political, economic, personal, and social rights for women."
