Capcom has probably the best franchises of an third party developer in terms of variety and popularity yet they keep doing stupid things like, either limited the market for certain games OR just ignoring franchises entirely (lately Mega Man, Dragon's Dogma, etc.).
just bizarre. a game like Dead Rising 4 would do killer on all platforms, huge market for the PS4. there can't be anyway Microsoft is paying enough to justify it. Unless possibily Microsoft funded the whole project or something or a good part of it
