I don't think it would change anything. People would still fight over something else like class, skin color etc. As far as religion itself, I believe there's something else on the other side. As to who and or what, I don't know yet.
But I will say this to those who think it's bullshit, in my opinion, there's a reason mankind has believed in it since the moment we could use our brains to rationalize life. We're hard wired BY "god" to do so. Even those who don't believe there is anything waiting for us when we die... they have spent years thinking about it. It dominates our DNA and fabric for a reason imo.
