I totaled the numbers to an average (rounding the insane numbers to the closest half million) and we are currently at the following projecitons:
PS4: 102 Million
Xbox One: 51 Million
Wii U: 17 Million

Current sales:
PS4:41 Million
Xbox One:21 Million
Wii U: 13 Million

Analysis:
PS4 - Definitely has a chance to hit those numbers, especially if you include the upcoming PS4-Neo and it's not listed as a 'separate' console. If Sony kills the Standard PS4 early then it won't make it.
Xbox One - If it lasts another 3-4 years and you include sales from the 'S' edition then it will probably hit this number...unless Scorpio/Neo combine to kill it.
Wii U - No chance. To ask the system to sell nearly 30% of it's lifetime total in just over a year? It won't happen. (Projecting the Wii U as discontinued by the end of 2017)
