Truthfully, at this juncture, starting building a pc now. For those who find there to be a reason to own a console based on preference of play on a couch, so be it. If you like high end gaming and want to control the experience go PC, if you want to spend on a high end fixed console, then so be it as well. The library is shared between both platforms.
