Sounds like the theme of a movie aimed at "cool kids" in their teens. I always saw Ghostbusters as something far more mature (like family movie with adult themes), and even the new movie seemed to aim higher than pure teens.
I don't care much for the song but I don't think its horrible. But it does feel off somehow. Hm.
