Yeah i wouldn't consider a Brexit a 100% certainty at this point. The referendum isn't binding and although David Cameron has stated that he would respect the outcome, he won't be PM for long.

Besides the EU needs to push reform anyway to keep others from leaving, the outcome of the referendum has shown that the Eurosceptics have to be taken seriously. So these reforms might take care of some of the issues that were fueling the Brexit camp.

This pretty much. I'm not even sure we're leaving the EU at the moment. I think this referrendum was a huge bluff, and they've been called out on it. Things cannot stay the same. If there is no intention of change/reform, then the UK will not remain in the EU. Anti EU sentiment has surged all over the continent. Right up until the result was announced, the EU was very arrogantly refusing to have any intention of changing and was still plainly wanting to push the likes of TTIP through whether the actual population of Europe wanted it or not.

TTIPis a very good example indeed, lots of behind the scenes politics and yet again a blind push towards furher integration wether it's actually beneficial to the people or not. The way i see it the UK voted for leaving the EU as it is now, if the EU changes enough they might want to leave.

I just really loath Brussels attitude to his situation, as you said they are just steering straight at a Brexit and as quickly as possible.
