Indeed, most Britains between 18 and 25 were not even born yet when the EU was established in 1993. UK as part of the EU is all they have ever known. The average age of the members of the House of Commons is probably something around 40? So normally we only deem people around that age responsible enough to make these kind of decisisions but if the general public is asked to choose all of a sudden being 18 is enough?
And to see there were actually 16 and 17 year olds who are pissed they weren't allowed to vote haha.
