Nintendo better appeal to the 30's age group if they want to succeed with the NX.

Remember that NX is March 2017 release, that mean you missing out on all the kids asking for Xmas gift. The early adopters are going to be gamer with disposable income that can invest in a console around March 2017. My claim is that the average gamer is around 30s, they also happen to be the same segment with the most discretionary income. I agree with a preivous post that Nintendo does struggle getting teanagers to demand Nintendo consoles because of their focus on familly friendly games. I agree with a previous post that at a certain age teenagers dont want to be connect to the Nintendo kids console. I wasn't going to get the NX right away but after seeing Zelda at E3 that's enough to convince me to get it Day 1 as long as the console is $500 or cheaper I want think twice about it.  

It is possible that they are missing out on a lot of sales from missing the holidays, but as long as it releases and has a good line up, there's no reason why people can't just buy it at that time. And if the console is really appealing, Nintendo can try to get them in the next holiday season, with a bundle and more games available. And if the aim are people in their 30s, they should have a stable income, so it would be fine for them to buy the console, as long as the console is good, has good games, and have money at the time to buy it.
