zapper game will be REUC2 - Capcom have been very quiet of late and they will follow the same patterns when releasing the first ie start hyping around now and release in Oct / Nov time this year.
Ubisoft title is probably "Imagine Washing Dishes" for the DS or something but Red Steel 2 surely has to be announced at E3.
