Actually, I have the original PS3 version.  After reading all the mediocre reviews, I took a chance on it only to find that it was stagnant at best.  Lost interest when I really tried to get back into it.  Then, I heard about Re;Birth.  So I had my PSTV hacked to I can play it on the big screen.  it was worth the effort and wait.

How did you hack it? i have a PSTV as well and i wanna play rebirth (which is a complete remake and is also almost a completely different game than the first one, its the first game the series deserved).

Also i played the first one... worst game i have ever played the reviews dont make it justice, in the sense that its much worse than they say it is...

I'm at work now, but I'll post a stillshot of Re;Birth 1 running on a flat panel television soon.

To hack the PSTV to allow for most VITA games to run on the PSTV that were originally blocked, go to this link:

http://wololo.net/2015/09/26/pstv-whitelist-how-to-play-all-vita-games-on-your-ps-tv-with-simplified-steps-video/

The above is the basic hack which does NOT allow for Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1 to run on the PSTV.  So you'll need this link:

http://hackinformer.com/PlayStationGuide/PSV/tutorials/how_to_install_the_pstv_whitelist_patch_v2.html

Now, I'm going to assume worst case scenario that your PSTV has the latest firmware update.  If your PSTV's firmware is 3.55 or newer, the hack will not work, but you can try it to see what happens.  My PSTV is still on version 3.52 firmware.  But I have read that the hack still works with the newest firmware installed, but the hack must be applied before the update.  I'm not updating my firmware until I'm completely through with Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1 so I can be sure that I can still play it on the big screen.  Good luck.
