And yet third parties aren't Nintendo as was mentioned in the post you referenced.  And, third parties haven't exactly been on board with Nintendo consoles recently, just their handheld.  So if the libraries are separate, that probably won't change.

Considering how radically different the WiiU and 3DS are, this shouldn't come as a surprise.
