Playing against sore losers is nothing new. Even as a kid the controller was to blame or other player was cheating. Online before people know any details such as your sex there are all sorts of excuses of how you "didn't play right" or used "hacks" or simply "have no life" to be good at it. Throwing in age, sex, race, nationality, just gives an outlet to focus impotent rage.
