If you're asking for help with upgrading your PC the one key thing to include is the model of the PC or in this case, laptop.
It is possible to get some upgrades for a laptop, the most common one being to upgrade from a magnetic HDD to a SSD, especially a laptop which is running 4gb of memory but potentially eating up 2GB of that for video ram, that would mean your laptop would be making great use of a thing called a Page File on the harddrive in place of RAM and if it was using the far higher bandwidth of a SSD instead of a classic HDD you should see a great increase in system performance.
Also if it's something with an i3 in it you most likely would have the option of upgrading from the 4gb to 8gb of ram too. 4gb was the cap on a lot of socket 775 motherboards, but a bit more memory could go a long way to making your system a lot better (again providing that the version of windows10 you are using is 64bit and not 32bit)
Also if you are going to go with a new SSD instead of your own drive you might well need to use a PC or a HDD caddy to clone your current drive over to the new drive, or else you'll be starting fresh!
