As seen as you are going for a pretty much full overhaul you should really consider changing the i3 to an i5, that said removing the CPU is a big of a bigger job than just sliding in a graphics card so if you are very green to the PC innards scene you should probably do without it for now and see how you get on with the i3.
If you haven't done so already you should just check to make sure that your version of win10 is the 64bit before even considering changing from the 4gb of RAM,

if that says 32bit on your machine you aren't going to be able to use more than 4gb of system ram (the graphics card memory doesn't effect this) Also keep in mind that you are currently sharing some of the system ram to be used as graphics memory with the onboard system, when you add a standalone graphics card your bios (is most likely) going to be set to no longer share this memory out and use the graphics cards memory instead, so you will actually get a small boost of system RAM from inserting a graphics card into this PC.
