Can this "Link needs to be a girl" movement just go away? Link is a MAN, and always has been. There is no reason to change the storyline to make him a woman, and I'm not understanding why so many think this is where Nintendo needs to go with these games, THEY DON'T! These are amazing, damsel in distress style games, the girl gets taken, Link swoops in and rescues her. I see no reason for them to change the protagonist for some sort of gender equality movement. It's not cool that this agenda is being pressed so hard, especially into mainstays like the Zelda series. These are some of the best games in existence, and will continue to be, there is no reason to change anything. If you don't like that the hero is a man, just don't play it. Stop trying to force Nintendo into doing something that makes absolutely no sense, they got this! They haven't messed up a real Zelda game, nor have any of them been boring, or needed a female hero. Until that day comes, these games need to stay the same.

My two cents, sorry if I offended anyone.
