No. Those are palette swaps. There are 4 "legendary" skins, but 2 designs each with a different color option.

I mean. I know what's in the game. I've prestiged. I still don't get what you're trying to say. There are color options, then there are 2 different skins that cost 250, then there are the legendaries, which have two different designs each with two color options. There are still 4 or 5 different skins entirely regardless of color.
