I believe in it. However, it should only be given out to those who have been proven with 100% certainty to be the ones who committed their awful crimes. It should also be quick. There are some who have been in Death Row for over a decade who are STILL awaiting their execution 
which crimes? Mostly the ones outlined by others here already
