That it was. The 360 suffered from effectively neglibible growth in the U.S. during its first four years on the market. Its first price cut combined with Halo 3 put 2007 up over 2006, but yearly sales remained flat from 2007 to 2009. But then the 360 S was released in mid-2010 and sales took off:

Didn't Kinect release in 2010? Although the Slim would account for some of the growth, I think Kinect would of been the biggest reason for the growth.
