Not saying MonHun would change everything. However, an online coop focused action RPG game with a focus on action combat, hours long quests, and huge bossfights with mild MMO elements is not the kind of thing the western market looks for in a handheld. It's something the west would look for on a console. And Monster Hunter would be an excellent showpiece if decked out in HD graphics. Especially if it were, say, MonHun 4 with those contained zones which would make it easy to push the visualz really far.
And those others would expand their offerings while complementing their exclusive RPG offerings.
And that showpiece bit is important, appearances matter a great deal.
