I agree with some with Manhunt and MadWorld. Though I'm adding Manhunt 2 too because the executions in there were extremely violent, Rockstar was forced to censor them with a flashing screen filter so it was hard to distinguish the gore. The Postal games, though I haven't played them, I have seen some footage that shows some vile and disgusting stuff.
