It could be the first dungeon that they said takes an hour to get to. Maybe you beat 4 shrines, get the paraglider, then use it to get over there? That would probably take less than hour for someone who's watched all the footage, but it sounds about right for someone who hasn't. It's too close to the ground to be Skyloft.
