Agreed. I miss the days when Nintendo used to compete with their hardware. They cared about having powerful consoles that would increase graphical fidelity and enhance the experience of gaming on their consoles. I feel like since the Wii, they've lost their identity and tried to corner a market/demographic that doesn't care about them anymore.
It may not be about specs to you, Reggie, but it is to your diehard fanbase and hardcore gamers that will actually buy your system at launch. I love my Wii U, but it proved (at least, in part) that you can't sell a system on just your outstanding 1st party IP. Give me a powerful system with a traditional controller and then, let your games do the talking. Get back in the game, Ninty!
