I feel like October is reasonable.
Just like E3 2013, PS4 and Xbox One had 5 months before launch to advertise. If October is when they announce information of the NX it be similar span time of 5 months.
But, Information for PS4 was announed in February 2013 and Xbox One was announced on May 2013.
Especially how NX got no info of specs, games, prices and etc. I think its best to give some info around August just for the safe side tho.
