"Xbox is no longer an exclusively console ecosystem " doesn't mean that "Xbox One is no console".
Nothing else we need to know to understand that XBO is a console and Xbox as a platform isn't only on consoles anymore since they call their service on PC also Xbox.
Xbox= the service, Xbox One = a console
