Honestly, I thought the voice sounded like a French woman speaking english, I swear she had that accent (I have a French friend, her last "Wake up Link" sounded exactly like how he'd say it)... but it sounded fine. "Awful", at the very least, is rather overstating it.
We have little to no example of how voice will be used in this game, so I hardly think it's worth stressing about.Games don't need stellar voice acting anyway: I'd say House of the Dead 2 and Shenmue I & 2 had the worst voice acting I've ever encountered and people didn't seem to care.
