Scorpio will have a GPU based on Polaris, very similar to the RX 480 that releases in a couple of weeks and costs only $199. It's over a year until Scorpio comes out, and meanwhile production costs of that GPU will go down, plus when it's sold in the millions Microsoft will get a good discount. So the Scorpio GPU won't cost more than the PS4 GPU did when it came out in 2013, so I expect no more than $399 for a Scorpio.
So when do people think PS4 Neo will come out? Since it wasnt shown at E3, is holidays 2016 now out of the question?
PS4 Neo if it comes ut this year I think it could cost $499 but if it's holidays 2017 it could very well be only $399.
