Wii Sports Resort no doubt (Especially the sword minigames), with Wii Party as a close second imo. Wii Fit Plus was pretty fun as well.
Edit: Unrelated to the thread, but this got me thinking about a new Wii Sports Resort game made for VR. It will never happen, but how amazing would that be?
