There are enough games out now for the systems that delays don't really effect anyone, but at least the PS3 won't be in a shop anytime soon so you can play the games that are already out. I'd just needed to remind everyone of that for no reason at all. As others have said, though, 360 games get delayed a lot, too, heh.
