Yes all three will definitely make another console.
Nintendo for obvious reasons.
Sony to try and right the wrongs that they have made this generation.
Microsoft because the sales have improved over the last system and Bill Gates has enough money to do so.
As for your second question, I for some reason, see Apple throwing their hat into the ring. I really don't know why or think that they will be successful but it's just a gut feeling that I have. EA, on the other hand, I believe are completely happy with the sales of their multi-platform releases and don't want to screw that up.
