Crazy murderers will exist regardless of more gun regulations. Somebody determined to commit murder will find a way.

It was a crazy man, a crazy man living on a country where to get a gun (wich is like 100 times more effective to kill someone than a knife, specially if you plan to kill someone famous and kill yourself later) is ridiculously easy, a perfect combination.

When is so damn easy to get a machine that gives you the power to easily kill someone with low chances to fail is way more easy to be determined to commit murder, is not like everybody has the knowledge or the hability to create an effective bomb for that situation, but everybody can use a gun.

Its not hard to make a bomb and fortunately most crazy people focus on few versus many like a terrorist.

Its worth noting not all murders are commited with guns either. Even with more regulations people motivated to commit murder will do it. Cities riddled with gang violence tend to have strict gun laws.
