If PS4 Neo is not announced at E3 can we still expect it to be released this year?

I think it will launch day and date with PSVR. 

The PlayStation brand has expanded beyond gaming and entered the market of being an all around home computer and entertainment platform. The days of PlayStation home consoles being a generational thing, and peripherals being a once per generation item are over.

Going forward, We will more than likely see new PSVR + PS4 + an Eventual Mobile PlayStation released every year. These devices will slowly start to replace Bravia TV's, Xperia Tablets, and Xperia Phones as the brand gains more and more traction. This will allow them to end thier dependency on Android, and create their own corner of the market.  

This has to be Kaz's ultimate goal to bring the entire company together under the one Sony banner that Howard Stringer started pushing in his presidency. In the future I see 90% of Sony's hardware being PlayStation Branded. They should be able to carve out a  market that is equal to Apple in the future as they slowly start pulling people off Windows, Android, and iOS, and towards being PlayStation/Sony only electronic consumers.
