You've spent pages of posts trying to distract from and understate rape and soften the way a rapist is percieved.

Case in point: "Do you know how many people (both men and women) have committed similar acts? It's probably people you see and talk to all the time. It could be your brother (about a night he never told you), it could be your best friend. A lot of great people have done terrible things that could scar another person for the rest of their lives." http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=7931925

Uhm, your "case in point" is as much not "distracting" from the main topic as it gets; the dad defending his son. The mental gymnastics you have to do to turn around what someone says to make you look "the one who is right and just" are impressive, they really are, albeit intellectually dishonest.

He's saying rapists can be "great people", and casting it as something that normal people do. That's defending both the rapist and the act of rape.

And then there's you, who apparently empathises with rapists.
