Not really, especially if around last 2-3 months are testing, bugs finding, polishing...they basically have only around 6 months of real development. So!? We till now saw just one trailer of one version of a game. They never said that Wii U porting is a lot harder than porting to PS4/XB1: "You can imagine from a developer stand-point, that porting from PC to PS4 and Xbox One is slightly more straightforward than porting to Wii U". Also you again ignoring my point that reagrdles porting of Wii U version is "slightly more" more complex than PS4/XB1, they can make money on Wii U version too. |
Debugging and polishing before shipping is the final stage of development. Long way off.
And they're being charitable. You have to do that when you know fans will be scrutinising your comments. Wii U is a lot weaker than PS4/X1/PC and has a different architecture, porting to it ain't easy.
