FYI - I believe you may have missed a bit of the conversation later where further explained the failure rate. The users were primarily sales reps and their usage was heavy and we deployed iPhones and iPads, no OSX items or iPods. Usage was typically 10hours plus per-day on phone, email, and text with a bit of random internet usage. They usually had to charge their phone 2-3 times a day, or whenever in the vehicle just to allow it to last. Their usage is way above average but the issues I had with the iPhone and iPad did not compare to any other company except Blackberry, which has the worse which had more than 60% failure at my former company. The OP, however, seems very tired of all the Anti-Apple talk so I will let it rest --- for now. |
Actually, no. I'm perfectly fine(as long as it isn't flaming). I just got irritated when out of the blue someone randomly accuses me of mentioning apple just to gain attention.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.
