Did Wii Fit stop the hype of GTA IV in the western world?

Well I never seen any news/commercials of GTA IV hype atleast in america anymore, its just Wii Fit especially about the wii fit grand launch in Central Park NY.

Watch the NBA playoffs.. the exact target demographic for GTA watches professional sports (young males)

The advertisements are numerous in amount littered all over ESPN and TNT.

3 Versions of the GTA adds are constanly rolling... the PS3 branded commercial, the 360 branded commercial, and the multiplatform/take two funded version.

Not to mention all of the building size advertisements in major cities.

It makes me wonder why major game releases in past years have not been launched around the playoffs for both the NBA and NHL.. which is now.

Just let me say....Great marketing for GTA, I see it every day. In Every type of way. Hurray!

And Now I'm off to play.. seriously

 

You got me there, so theres still hype for GTA IV after all.

But I wonder how long the hypoe will be, remember that Wii Fit isnt released yet till May 21 which is tomorrow.
