Wii U won't turn on, red blinking light

Nintendo has noticed that you haven't played your Wii U for a while so as punishment the light will flash red until you get on your knees and ask Mario for forgiveness. 

Also, if you have been flirting with that shameless PS4 scamp, a week of sleeping on the couch may be required.
