Is Miyamoto losing his touch?

What I find interesting is that it's hype recently to blame Shigeru Miyamoto but the other genius Hideo Kojima is still untouchable. What else did he do other than Metal Gear? Arguably, Metal Gear Solid V was the weekest one of the main series.
