Last Innovation Apple made was 3D touch on the iPhone 6s. Before their Innovation was Touch ID with iPhone 5s, every modern smartphone has copied that feature. Not to forget about Dual LED-Flash, 64 bit Arm architecture, Voice Assistent, None plastic phones and so much more.
