of course the result is not his enterily, a team worked on it and the team failed as well. but he is the head and he surely his has direction and influence on game development, which is obviously a negative one. the head of the team will always be the most one responsible for failure or success.
and when a manager is as self obsorved and narcissistic as miyamoto im willing to blame him harshly when he falls flat out on his face.
