You were clear enough, but just to be safe I'd put the faulty "r" button in a large font right at the top.
That's kind of a difficult sell, though... people usually either buy one that's fully functional, or they expect a major discount for parts; it could prove a difficult middle ground unless you just let them bid on it. The list of games definitely could help a lot though!
Otherwise, this would be the lowest grade of "used", as it still functions.
