But I'm trying to get rid of my Old 3DS that has a faulty R button. Everything else works perfectly and I'm wondering if this qualifies for "Used Condition" instead of "For Parts or Not Working". Flaws: For some reason, the R Button works sometimes, and other times it doesn't. If this is a game breaker for you, DO NOT PURCHASE this console. Everything else works fine, the L Button, ABXY, Analog, D-Pad, Screens, everything is in great condition except for the R button. Most games have touch controls if the R Button doesn't work. For Example, Paper Mario Sticker Star makes you choose which sticker you want via L and R to change pages or just by touching the L and R icons on the touch screen or simple swiping the screen from left to right and vice versa.
If you would like to repair the R-Button, that's fine. I couldn't because the Warranty is up and I really don't know how. There are YouTube videos that show a DIY repair with Compressed Air and a Phillips Screwdriver. This bid is ideal, and a steal, for someone who knows someone who does video game hardware repairs. The repairs needed to the R button are minimal but because I'm not the type of person who messes with console innards, I'm selling the 3DS like this.
There are a few minor scuffs and scratches around the bevel of the 3DS. The Bar Code on the bottom of the 3DS has been lost.
I've Had this since the 3DS Launched, thus the battery life has gone down a bit. Normally I'll get 2-2.5 hours out of a full charge.
Notes: There is a simple process you must do to run the games, I will send instructions on how to do so in the shipping box. If the item doesn't live up to your expectations, you may send the item back. You may also keep the DS Lite, and the games.

Like I mentioned, it's my first item and I don't want to set a poor reputation. Would the R button issues be seen as a deal breaker or no? I asked the eBay Community and I got nothing from them. Is it okay to list this under "Used" instead of "For Parts or Not Working". If not, what are the steps I should take to make this a successful transaction?
