Nintendo NX Supplemental Computing Device preview?

This is basically what I've been thinking the NX will be.

It would be awesome if they could get it working with multiple 'handheld' devices too. I've always been thinking that the WiiU suffered from not being able to hook up multible gamepads, like originally intended. The dual screen technology could never really reach it's full potential imo. Having a single gamepad, with the need to pass it around is tedious, but giving every player their own could make for some very interesting couch co-op and party games (just look at the jackbox games for example).

Also giving PC gamers who want to play Nintendo games the opportunity to hook their own rigs up to the handheld, could be potentially awesome. Offer a simple box for the mainstream consumer, but leave the option for customization and usage of existing hardware open. We'll see about that.

But who knows, maybe Nintendo just does something completely different. This is a cool concept though.
