Microsoft: make some cool exclusives that aren't dudebro games (shooters/action or sport)
Sony: get a platformer mascot again. Either Crash, Spyro or Jak. Preferably Spyro. Those games were the closest I think we've ever had to someone de-throning Mario.
Nintendo: more or less fine on 1st party software. Need more third parties and that bigger audience.
