Gender

Sex is physical, gender is cultural. A person can be physically born as one sex but feel and identify as the other. It's hardly any more of a choice for them than their sexuality is (you don't still think homosexuality is a choice, do you?).

Nnnnnnnnope. Gender is a binary answer unless otherwise muddied up by a physical or mental condition. It is indeed cultural, but it's only cultural in the sense that dresses are engendered as female, or workshop is engendered as male. You can take on feminine roles and identify culturally as female, but having a penis means your gender is male.

I also seem to remember being gay was a short fad, too... Not saying being gay is a choice. I'm saying there are people who pretend for attention.
