She will need to prove her case. Its easy to make those claims but without any evidence or prior history of assault it has no merit. The thing is, if she is going for the defamation type of situation where you do not need evidence you just say someone did something and let the mob sort it out, then that is a two edge sword. The mob if fickle and it could definitely backfire. Either way, she may end up getting nothing and have her own career tarnish if her claim is not true.
