Would a Metroid Prime 3 Corruption Remaster (using Dual Analog) be better on Wii U or NX?

I can't play a FPS or any shooter with a controller. I either need mouse and keyboard (the optimal solution) or a wiimote and nunchuck. Plus, Metroid's motion controlls work surprisingly well, I played both CoD 3 and Goldeneye on my Wii with motion controls, and those were awful, but Metroid's are really seamless.
